Вказано на важливість для судової експертології періоду, пов’язаного з відокремленням в межах судово-балістичної експертизи самостійних досліджень неідентифікаційного характеру – експертизи ситуаційних обставин пострілу та діагностичних експертиз (70-80-ті рр. ХХ ст.), а також сучасного етапу неідентифікаційних досліджень зброї, патронів, слідів їх дії та обставин застосування. In the work, periodization is carried out into the relevant historical stages of the genesis of the study of the problems of conducting non-identification ballistic studies.
