In terms of the economic crisis, the private sector acquires the status of an equal partner of the state to achieve the strategic objectives of the countryʼs socio-economic development. Anti-crisis planning and recovery of the national economy is possible in case of establishing cooperation between the state, the private sector, and civil society institutions. This is feasible only under the condition of a public-private partnership formation. У цій дослідницькій роботі розглядається державно-приватне партнерство як технологія управління – довгострокова угода між національним або місцевим органом влади та приватною компанією. В умовах економічної кризи приватний сектор набуває статусу рівноправного партнера держави для досягнення стратегічних цілей соціально-економічного розвитку країни. Антикризове планування та відновлення національної економіки можливе за умови налагодження співпраці між державою, приватним сектором та інститутами громадянського суспільства.
