Ці обставини вплинуть на збільшення кількості призначень судових фінансово-кредитних експертиз матеріалів, що містять електронні документи, тому нагальною потребою є внесення нормативних змін в «Науково-методичні рекомендації з питань підготовки та призначення судових експертиз та експертних досліджень» та методичних змін в порядок її проведення. Вбачається, що першочерговим завданням є розробка та реєстрація методики, яка б передбачала використання нового експертного інструментарію, визначала порядок виконання експертних процедур та містила алгоритм дослідження електронного документа. The abstracts predict that rapid technological development, the need for remote transmission of information, and the improvement of computer networks will contribute to the wider use of electronic forms of documents in all sectors of the economy, including in the banking sector. These circumstances will affect the increase in the number of appointments of forensic financial and credit examinations of materials containing electronic documents, therefore, there is an urgent need to make regulatory changes to the "Scientific and Methodological Recommendations on the Preparation and Appointment of Forensic Examinations and Expert Studies" and methodological changes in the procedure for its implementation. It is seen that the primary task is the development and registration of a methodology that would provide for the use of new expert tools, determine the procedure for performing expert procedures and contain an algorithm for examining an electronic document. popup.nrat_date 2025-08-18 Close
