The collection includes the materials of the reports of the participants of the round table "Oleksandr Ivanovich Buhaiov: Teacher. Scientist. Citizen (to the 100th anniversary of his birth)" (December 5, 2023, Kyiv), in which the role of the creative heritage of O. I. Buhaiov - an outstanding scientist in the field of Ukrainian didactics of physics and astronomy in the development of modern methodical science is highlighted, is proposed practical mechanisms for solving actual problems of the theory and practice of teaching physics and astronomy in educational institutions of various levels.
