The educational and methodological manual is addressed to teachers of the system of professional (vocational and technical) education. The manual reveals the theoretical and practical aspects of the phenomenon of self-regulation educational activities and professional development of future specialists. The principles are considered, structure, mechanisms and conditions of formation of self-regulation of educational activity. It is determined the place of self-regulation of educational activity and professional concept in professional development students of professional (vocational and technical) education. Educational and methodological manual "Self-regulation of educational activity and professional development of graduates of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions" is included in the structure comprehensive methodical support of educational module 2 "Pedagogical management and psychology of professional activity. Basics of andragogy" at advanced training courses at Belotserk Institute of Continuing Professional Education.
