The levels of digital competence of vocational teachers are characterized. It is concluded that most teachers who teach general and special disciplines need additional training in the development of e-learning resources and the use of digital technologies in the system of vocational (vocational and technical) education. The reasons that actualize the problem of developing the digital competence of vocational teachers from the standpoint of professional development are substantiated; the key philosophical and methodological principles of professional development of teachers of vocational education institutions are identified; the psychological and pedagogical substantiation of this process in the digital age is carried out. The importance of training teachers of general and special disciplines to use SMART technologies for their professional development in the digital era is revealed. Particular attention is drawn to the need to use artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality, which is a promising area of teachers’ professional development in the digital transformation of the educational environment. У публікації відображено результати дослідження проблеми підготовки педагогів до успішної роботи в умовах цифрової трансформації освітнього середовища крізь призму їхнього професійного розвитку. Охарактеризовано рівні цифрової компетентності педагогів професійної школи. Зроблено висновок, що більшість педагогів, які викладають загальноосвітні та спеціальні дисципліни, потребують додаткового навчання з питань розробки електронних освітніх ресурсів та використання цифрових технологій у системі професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти. Обґрунтовано причини, що актуалізують проблему розвитку цифрової компетентності педагогів професійного навчання з позицій професійного розвитку; визначено ключові філософсько-методологічні засади професійного розвитку педагогів закладів професійної освіти; здійснено психолого-педагогічне обґрунтування цього процесу в умовах цифрової доби. Розкрито важливість підготовки викладачів загальноосвітніх і спеціальних дисциплін до використання SMART-технологій для професійного розвитку в цифрову епоху. Особлива увага звертається на необхідність використання штучного інтелекту, віртуальної та доповненої реальності, що є перспективним напрямом професійного розвитку вчителів в умовах цифрової трансформації освітнього середовища. popup.nrat_date 2024-11-25 Close
