The textbook “Legal Regulation of Insolvency and Bankruptcy” is prepared in accordance with the curriculum of the discipline “Legal Regulation of Insolvency and Bankruptcy”. It covers the main aspects of legal regulation of insolvency and bankruptcy, namely: the concept and purpose of bankruptcy proceedings; the procedure for conducting certain court procedures aimed at restoring the debtor's solvency and liquidation; protection of the rights and legitimate interests of participants in bankruptcy proceedings. Considerable attention is paid to the content of the main problematic issues on the peculiarities and provision of insolvency and bankruptcy.
