У звʼязку з цим для рішучої боротьби з фінансовою злочинністю урядом Німеччини запроваджено нові заходи, зокрема прийнято центральний пакет реформ у сфері боротьби з фінансовими злочинами. Проаналізовані зміни, які виникли у звʼязку з набуттям чинності нового Закону Німеччини про більш ефективне застосування санкцій та боротьбу з відмиванням грошей «Sanktionsdurchsetzungsgesetz II» (SDG II), який ініціює створення нових форм і методів боротьби з фінансовою злочинністю, а також створення нових федеральних і земельних органів щодо боротьби з фінансовою злочинністю. Автором представлено ретроспективу функціонування нового Бюро по боротьбі з фінансовими злочинами землі Північний Рейн-Вестфалія, зокрема: його структуру, завдання, повноваження. The theses highlight that financial crime represents a significant issue in the Federal Republic of Germany. In this regard, the German government has introduced new measures to decisively combat financial crimes, including the adoption of a central reform package in the field of financial crime prevention. The changes that have arisen with the entry into force of Germany’s new law on more effective enforcement of sanctions and anti-money laundering measures, the "Sanktionsdurchsetzungsgesetz II" (SDG II), are analyzed. This law initiates the creation of new forms and methods to combat financial crime, as well as the establishment of new federal and state authorities dedicated to tackling financial crimes. The author provides a retrospective analysis of the functioning of the newly established Bureau for Combating Financial Crimes in the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, including its structure, tasks, and powers. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-05 Close
