Проаналізовані досвід та результати роботи цього міжнародного суду, які цікаві й корисні насамперед тому, що Україна зараз збирає докази воєнних злочинів росіян, а також наполягає на створенні окремого Спеціального міжнародного трибуналу для притягнення Путіна та вищих посадовців Росії до відповідальності за агресію. Встановлено, що Україні, як державі, що стала жертвою сучасної повномасштабної тривалої гібридної війни, яка супроводжується різними міжнародними злочинами з численними жертвами, варто скрупульозно вивчити спадок Міжнародного трибуналу щодо колишньої Югославії. На підставі чого зроблено висновок, що історія діяльності МТКЮ, заслуговує на уважне ставлення до неї не лише як до однієї з цікавих сторінок світової історії, а й на її детальне вивчення, як сучасної моделі підготовки і проведення одного зі складних і повчальних процесів відправлення міжнародного правосуддя. The publication examines the issue of the implementation of international justice by international judicial institutions, the International Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia became one of the mechanisms for maintaining the world legal order and ensuring the fulfillment of the obligations of ad hoc courts. The experience and results of the work of this international court are analyzed, which are interesting and useful primarily because Ukraine is currently collecting evidence of war crimes committed by Russians, and also insists on the creation of a separate Special International Tribunal to hold Putin and senior Russian officials accountable for aggression. It has been established that Ukraine, as a state that has become a victim of modern full-scale long-term hybrid war, which is accompanied by various international crimes with numerous victims, should scrupulously study the legacy of the International Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. On the basis of which, it was concluded that the history of the ICTY deserves careful attention not only as one of the interesting pages of world history, but also for its detailed study as a modern model of preparation and conduct of one of the complex and instructive processes of the administration of international justice. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-05 Close
