Проведено детальний аналіз сучасного стану людських ресурсів в СОЗ України, опрацьовано діючі нормативно-правові документи. Проведено огляд іноземного досвіду у сфері планування та розвитку людського капіталу в СОЗ. Основним методом дослідження проблематики розвитку людського капіталу в СОЗ в межах кваліфікаційної роботи обрано метод глибинних інтерв’ю з експертами. Надано пропозиції щодо стратегії та імплементації державної політики розвитку людського капіталу в СОЗ України. This paper reveals the problem of the lack of a state policy for the development of human capital in the healthcare system of Ukraine. The paper substantiates the expediency of introducing new and modern approaches to planning, management and development of human capital in the healthcare system. A detailed analysis of the current state of human resources in the Ukrainian healthcare System is carried out, and the existing regulatory documents are analyzed. A review of foreign experience in the field of planning and development of human capital in the health care system is carried out. The main method of studying the problems of human capital development in the healthcare system within the framework of the qualification work is the method of in-depth interviews with experts. Proposals for the strategy and implementation of the state policy of human capital development in the Ukrainian health care system are presented. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-09 Close
