Основна увага приділяється теоретичним аспектам взаємодії громадянського суспільства з органами влади, аналізу поточного стану цієї взаємодії, а також розробці рекомендацій для її покращення. У роботі розглянуто сутність і принципи громадянського суспільства, інституційні аспекти взаємодії з владою, а також закордонний досвід. Здійснено аналіз еволюції взаємодії громадянського суспільства з органами влади в Україні, використовуючи методи соціологічного дослідження та стратегічного аналізу. На основі зібраних даних та експертних інтерв’ю виявлено основні проблеми та розроблено рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності взаємодії між громадянським суспільством і владою. Запропоновано зміни до законодавства для забезпечення більш прозорої та ефективної співпраці. The qualification paper is dedicated to improving the interaction between civil society institutions and authorities in Ukraine. The main focus is on the theoretical aspects of the interaction between civil society and authorities, the analysis of the current state of this interaction, and the development of recommendations for its improvement. The paper examines the essence and principles of civil society, the institutional aspects of interaction with the government, and international experience. An analysis of the evolution of the interaction between civil society and authorities in Ukraine is conducted using sociological research methods and strategic analysis. Based on the collected data and expert interviews, the main problems are identified and recommendations are developed to enhance the effectiveness of the interaction between civil society and the government.
