Проаналізовано законодавчу базу, яка регулює структуру та функції відділень. Досліджено закордонний досвід становлення раннього госпітального етапу. Виявлено основні проблеми та бар’єри в організації роботи відділень екстреної (невідкладної) медичної допомоги. Запропоновано відповідні рішення, що стосуються підвищення ефективності процесу трансформацій відділень та вдосконалення структури, формування команди та алгоритмів взаємодії відділення з Центрами екстреної медичної допомоги та іншими підрозділами лікарні. This master's thesis presents the theoretical and methodological principles of the functioning of emergency (urgent) medical care departments. The legislative framework, which regulates the structure and functions of departments, is analyzed. The foreign experience of the formation of the early hospital stage was studied. The main problems and barriers in the organization of the work of emergency (urgent) medical care departments have been identified. Appropriate solutions are proposed to increase the efficiency of the department transformation process and improve the structure, team formation, and interaction algorithms of the department with the Emergency Medical Care Centers and other units of the hospital. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-09 Close
