Феноменологічно та структуризовано описано ПГТ та їхнє місце в сучасній репродуктивній медицині та етиці. На основі вчення Католицької Церкви здійснено біоетичну оцінку застосування преімплантаційних генетичних технологій зокрема у поєднанні із методом CRISPR-Cas9. Запропоновано дискусію щодо позитивного погляду на ці технології. У цій роботі також висвітлені окремі позиції науковців та біоетиків щодо ПГТ діагностики. This work provides a brief overview of the historical development and progress of genetic diagnostics on the preimplantation embryo. PGT and their place in modern reproductive medicine and ethics are described in a phenomenological and structured way. Based on the teachings of the Catholic Church, a bioethical assessment of the use of preimplantation genetic technologies, in particular in combination with the CRISPR-Cas9 method, was carried out. A discussion on a positive view of these technologies is offered. This work also highlights individual positions of scientists and bioethicists onPGT diagnostics. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-09 Close
