Також актуальним питанням є розробка та апробація програми розвитку кар’єрної орієнтації студентів, спрямованої саме на формування у них ключових компетенцій: самопізнання та самооцінка, визначення карʼєрних цілей, планування кар'єри, прийняття рішень, пошук роботи, адаптація до нового місця роботи. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в розширенні вже відомих теоретичних відомостей про психологічні фактори, що впливають на вибір карʼєри, в удосконаленні існуючих методів діагностики карʼєрних орієнтацій студентів, розробленні нових теоретичних моделей кар’єрного розвитку, визначенні специфічних особливостей карʼєрних орієнтацій сучасної студентської молоді. The relevance of the study lies in the need to study the psychological characteristics of career orientations of students of modern higher education institutions, given the dynamic changes in the labor market, life challenges, when the choice of career becomes more complex, requiring high flexibility of priorities, constant readiness for change, and the ability to make important decisions quickly. Another relevant issue is the development and testing of a program for the development of students' career orientation aimed specifically at developing their key competencies: self-knowledge and self-esteem, setting career goals, career planning, decision-making, job search, and adaptation to a new job. The scientific novelty of the study is to expand the already known theoretical information about the psychological factors that influence career choice, to improve existing methods of diagnosing students' career orientations, to develop new theoretical models of career development, and to identify specific features of career orientations of modern students. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
