Прагнення підвищити продуктивність праці своїх співробітників позитивно впливає не тільки на психологічний клімат у трудовому колективі, але і на економічні результати виробничо - господарської діяльності в цілому. Тому створення належної системи мотивації, здатної заохотити працівників до ефективної роботи та надання якісних послуг є досить актуальним питанням за сучасних умов. В роботі систематизовано підходи до визначення поняття «мотивація», здійснено оцінку стану системи мотивації співробітників ПСП «Добробут», а також її аналіз та опрацювання, визначено особливості впровадження механізмів її удосконалення. The intensifying competition among Ukrainian enterprises forces their managers to make significant efforts to maintain their own competitiveness, one of which is to retain staff and increase their motivation level. The desire to increase the labor productivity of its employees has a positive effect not only on the psychological climate in the workforce, but also on the economic results of production and economic activity as a whole. Therefore, the creation of an appropriate motivation system capable of encouraging employees to work efficiently and provide quality services is a very relevant issue under modern conditions. The work systematizes the approaches to defining the concept of "motivation", assesses the state of the motivation system of employees of the "Dobrobut" PSP, as well as its analysis and elaboration, identifies the specifics of the implementation of mechanisms for its improvement. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
