Розроблено та обґрунтовано напрями вдосконалення системи управління персоналом на підприємстві в умовах кризи, надано рекомендації щодо покращення мотивації працівників, підвищення ефективності управлінських рішень та стабілізації роботи підприємства в кризових умовах. The paper analyzes the theoretical aspects of personnel management and identifies the key factors affecting the effectiveness of personnel management in crisis conditions. The peculiarities of the enterprise's personnel management system in the conditions of martial law were considered, the effectiveness of the existing methods of enterprise personnel management was evaluated. The directions for improving the personnel management system at the enterprise in crisis conditions have been developed and substantiated, recommendations have been made for improving employee motivation, increasing the effectiveness of management decisions, and stabilizing the enterprise's work in crisis conditions. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
