Мета роботи реалізується шляхом виконання наступних завдань: - ознайомитись з основними теоріями та концепціями, що стосуються інтелектуального капіталу; - проаналізувати класифікації і складові ІК: людський капітал, структурний капітал, споживчий капітал; - дослідити успішні практики і стратегії в країнах з високим рівнем використання ІК; - вивчити правові рамки і політики, що сприяють ефективному управлінню ІК на міжнародному рівні; - оцінити поточний стан та ефективність систем управління інтелектуальним капіталом в Україні; - визначити основні бар'єри та проблеми, що стримують розвиток ІК в Україні; - зробити пропозиції щодо поліпшення законодавчої бази та інституційних механізмів; - надати рекомендації щодо впровадження кращих практик і інноваційних підходів відповідно до міжнародного досвіду. The purpose of the qualifying bachelor's work is to analyze international experience in intellectual capital management and identification of the main problems and prospects of its development in different countries and Ukraine. The purpose of the work is realized by performing the following tasks: - familiarize yourself with the main theories and concepts that relate to intellectual capital; - analyze the classifications and components of IC: human capital, structural capital, consumer capital; - to investigate successful practices and strategies in countries with high the level of IR use; - to study the legal framework and policies that contribute to effective IC management at the international level; - evaluate the current state and effectiveness of management systems intellectual capital in Ukraine; - identify the main barriers and problems that hold back development of IR in Ukraine; - make proposals for improving the legislative framework and institutional mechanisms; - provide recommendations on the implementation of best practices and innovative approaches in accordance with international experience. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
