У таких умовах, розуміння особливостей формування дохідної бази місцевих бюджетів стає особливо важливим для забезпечення сталого розвитку місцевих громад. Саме це і обумовлює актуальність теми дослідження. Formation of local budgets is a key step in providing financial resources for socio-economic development of administrative-territorial units. With the introduction of financial decentralization, the importance of financial resources in the local budget increases significantly, as they ensure the autonomy and financial independence of local communities. Thanks to the effective use of resources of local budgets of communities, priority directions of development, support of important social programs and improvement of the quality of public services are improved, which contributes to the improvement of the well-being of residents. In such conditions, understanding the peculiarities of the formation of the revenue base of local budgets becomes especially important for ensuring the sustainable development of local communities.
