У кваліфікаційній роботі бакалавра вивчено теоретичні аспекти системи управління персоналом, досліджено основні методи оцінки ефективності системи управління персоналом, досліджено діяльність ТОВ “Молоко Вітчизни”, проаналізовано систему правління персоналом на підприємстві, проведено оцінку системи управління персоналом, виділено основні проблеми та розроблено шляхи для удосконалення системи управління персоналом. Об’єктом дослідження є система управління персоналом на підприємстві ТОВ “Молоко Вітчизни”. Предметом дослідження є існуючі взаємозв’язки між складовими системи управління персоналом підприємства. До основних методів дослідження, які були використані в роботі належать: системний метод, методи аналізу, анкетування, які дозволили вивчити систему управління персоналом на підприємстві. The purpose of the bachelor's qualification work is to develop directions for improving the personnel management system at the enterprise. In the bachelor's qualification work, the theoretical aspects of the personnel management system were studied, the main methods of evaluating the effectiveness of the personnel management system were studied, the activities of Moloko Vitchizny LLC were investigated, the personnel management system at the enterprise was analyzed, the personnel management system was evaluated, the main problems were identified and ways to improve the system were developed HR. The object of the study is the personnel management system at the LLC "Moloko Vitchyzny" enterprise. The subject of the research is the existing relationships between the components of the enterprise's personnel management system.
