Значну увагу приділено розкриттю сутності стратегічного розвитку медичних установ, що функціонують як об’єкти приватної власності. В роботі було розраховано та проаналізовано показники ефективності організації збутової діяльності та просування медичних послуг ФОП Мокан О.І. Розкрито особливості формування орієнтирів ефективної стратегії розвитку. Також було розроблено модель формування успішної стратегії розвитку медичної установи та розглянуто особливості її впровадження. The paper analyzes the peculiarities of the development of medical institutions in modern conditions and considers the key problems of the functioning of private medical institutions of Ukraine. Considerable attention is paid to revealing the essence of the strategic development of medical institutions functioning as privately owned objects. In the work, the indicators of the effectiveness of the organization of sales activities and the promotion of medical services of the FOP Mokan O.I. were calculated and analyzed. The peculiarities of the formation of guidelines for an effective development strategy are revealed. A model for forming a successful strategy for the development of a medical institution was also developed and the specifics of its implementation were considered. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
