Метою роботи є дослідження теоретичних і методичних аспектів удосконалення стратегії підприємницької діяльності, а також розробка рекомендацій для підвищення ефективності стратегічного управління підприємством на прикладі мережі магазинів «РОНА». The topic of the qualification work is relevant and justified, as it is dedicated to the study of key aspects that ensure the successful development of enterprises in the conditions of the modern economy. The results of the study showed that strategic management plays a crucial role in ensuring business competitiveness and sustainability. Entrepreneurship is important to the economy and society, contributing to job creation, innovation and economic growth. Strategic management, in turn, helps enterprises to effectively adapt to the changing market environment, achieve their goals and maintain competitive advantages.
