Ці фактори, у поєднанні зі зростанням цін на медичні послуги, створюють нагальну потребу у пошуку нових рішень для забезпечення доступності та якості медичної допомоги. Зростання витрат на медичну допомогу та підвищення потреби у медичних послугах створюють необхідність у механізмах фінансування. Добровільне медичне страхування може забезпечити додаткові ресурси для розвитку та модернізації системи охорони здоров'я. Отже, розгляд та дослідження стану та перспектив розвитку добровільного медичного страхування має велике значення для подальшого вдосконалення системи охорони здоров'я та забезпечення доступності якісних медичних послуг для всіх верств населення. The difficult situation in Ukrainian healthcare system, insufficient funding, ineffective management and limited access to quality healthcare for a large part of population is an acute problem. These factors, combined with prices going up for medical services create an urgent need to find new solutions to ensure the availability and quality of medical care. Rising healthcare costs and increasing demand for medical services create a need for financing mechanisms. Voluntary health insurance can provide additional resources for the development and modernization of the health care system.
