Автор дослідив теоретичні та практичні аспекти ролі державного бюджету в фінансовому забезпеченні економічного і соціального відновлення України. Методи дослідження – монографічний, абстракції, синтезу, індукції, дедукції, логічне узагальнення, графічний, порівняльний, горизонтальний, вертикальний, кореляційний, прогнозування та ін. Проведено критичний аналіз ролі державного бюджету в управлінні складними викликами економічного і соціального відновлення країни. Шляхом аналізу виконання державного бюджету протягом 2013-2023 рр., встановлено збільшення темпів зростання видатків над доходами, та стрімке нарощення дефіциту держбюджету. Сформовано детальне уявлення про основні джерела поповнення та використання бюджету, розкриваючи важливість ефективного розподілу ресурсів, а також необхідність міжнародної співпраці щодо приваблення іноземних інвестицій у процесі відновлення. The analysis of the implementation of the state budget is one of the key elements of ensuring and supporting sustainable economic growth and the well-being of the population, which becomes especially relevant against the background of the need for socio-economic recovery of the country during the martial law and in the post-war period. The author investigated the theoretical and practical aspects of the role of the state budget in the financial provision of the economic and social recovery of Ukraine. Research methods - monographic, abstraction, synthesis, induction, deduction, logical generalization, graphic, comparative, horizontal, vertical, correlational, forecasting, etc. A critical analysis of the role of the state budget in managing the complex challenges of the country's economic and social recovery is carried out. By analyzing the implementation of the state budget during 2013-2023, an increase in the rate of growth of expenditures over revenues and a rapid increase in the state budget deficit were established. A detailed view of the main sources of replenishment and use of the budget was formed, revealing the importance of effective allocation of resources, as well as the need for international cooperation to attract foreign investment in the recovery process. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
