Методи дослідження. Завдяки правильно підібраній системі методів наукового дослідження, вдалося досягти цілей і завдань, поставлених у кваліфікаційній роботі бакалавра. Таким чином, в роботі використані системний метод, методи аналізу та синтезу, порівняльний, який дозволив комплексно і всебічно охарактеризувати управлінські явища і процеси в сфері мотивації персоналу в кризових умовах (на прикладі ФОП Терешко). Практичне значення кваліфікаційної роботи бакалавра полягає в тому, що в роботі підкреслюються певні положення, наводяться рекомендації, які в подальшому можуть бути використані в навчальному процесі (під час викладання дисциплін, наприклад, управління персоналом), в практичній діяльності організації (в процесі формування або вдосконалення системи мотивації співробітників). Результати дослідження були опубліковані в тезах на Міжнародній інтернет-конференції “Сучасний менеджмент і економічний розвиток”. The aim of this bachelor's qualification thesis is to study the features of the personnel motivation system (using the example of the Private Entrepreneur Tereshko), considering crisis conditions, namely martial law. The thesis involves the review of scientific literature on this topic, analysis of the existing motivation system in the organization, and development of practical recommendations to address and improve the identified issues. Research Methods By selecting an appropriate system of scientific research methods, the goals and objectives set in the bachelor's qualification thesis were achieved. Thus, the work employs a systematic method, methods of analysis and synthesis, and comparative methods, which allowed for a comprehensive and thorough characterization of management phenomena and processes in the field of personnel motivation under crisis conditions (using the example of the Private Entrepreneur Tereshko). Practical Significance The practical significance of the bachelor's qualification thesis lies in the fact that it highlights certain provisions and offers recommendations that can be used in the educational process (during the teaching of disciplines such as personnel management) and in the practical activities of the organization (in the process of forming or improving the employee motivation system).
