Нині ефективність діяльності будівельних підприємств цілком буде залежиати від того, на скільки продукція і послуги відповідають вимогам споживачів, де, насамперед, визначаються вимоги та запити до їх якості. Тому особливо актуальним постає питання дефініції сутності досить багатогранного та складного явища «якість продукції і послуг».
