Крім того, досліджено організаційну структуру закладу вищої освіти, проведено соціологічне дослідження, оцінено конфліктогенність закладу вищої освіти, проаналізувано отримані результати. Запропоновано методи вдосконалення управління конфліктними ситуаціями в університеті. The work analyzed the essence of conflicts, determined the causes and dynamics of their development, revealed the main forms of behavior of employees in conflict conditions. In addition, the organizational structure of the institution of higher education was investigated, a sociological study was conducted, the conflict potential of the institution of higher education was assessed, and the results were analyzed.
