Визначено перспективні напрямки розвитку соціально-економічної політики Сумської області, а також проаналізовано можливість застосування іноземного досвіду в контексті вдосконалення соціально-економічної політики регіону. Effective socio-economic policy of the region affects the quality of life of people, creates favorable conditions for business and investments, contributes to the support of social programs, infrastructure development and ensuring sustainable economic growth. In the qualification work, the theoretical and practical aspects of the formation and implementation of the socio-economic policy of the region were investigated, a SWOT analysis of the socio-economic policy of the Sumy region was conducted and key aspects that influence the development of the region were identified.
