Так як ринок постійно змінюється кількість CRM систем теж постійно росте і обрати саме ту, яка підійде тому чи іншому бізнесу все складніше і складніше. На основі дослідження теоретико-методичних та практичних аспектів досліджено, яким чином CRM системи підвищують ефективність бізнесу використання CRM систем. Основний результат роботи полягає в аналізі, підсумку результатів діяльності підприємства та наданні рекомендаціях щодо використання і підбору CRM системи для ведення бізнесу задля збільшення прибутку і полегшенню ведення бухгалтерської та будь-якої іншої звітності в рамках чинного законодавства України. Запропоновані рекомендації можуть слугувати основою при підборі CRM системи для ведення бізнесу. Due to the economic conditions that have arisen relatively recently, a large number of enterprises are switching to an online format and are forced to turn to CRM systems for the automation of most processes. Since the market is constantly changing, the number of CRM systems is also constantly growing, and choosing the right one that will suit a particular business is becoming more and more difficult. Based on the study of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects, it was investigated how CRM systems increase the business efficiency of using CRM systems. The main result of the work consists in the analysis, the summary of the results of the company's activities and the provision of recommendations on the use and selection of the CRM system for conducting business in order to increase profits and facilitate accounting and any other reporting within the framework of the current legislation of Ukraine.
