У дослідженні аналізуються можливості чат-ботів та існуючих сервісів, що надають змогу їх створювати, визначаються ключові вимоги до створення чат-бота на основі нейромарежі та описується вибір технологій для розробки. Робота включає проектування архітектури та функціональності чат-бота, а також оцінює потенційні переваги впровадження такого рішення. В процесі розробки особлива увага приділяється навчанню нейромережі, створенню безпосередньо чат-бота та можливості його інтеграції в роботу малого бізнесу, що надає послуги харчування. Подано огляд основних вимог до системи та обґрунтовано вибір інструментів для розробки, включаючи мову програмування Python та фреймворк aiogram. This qualifying work is devoted to the development of an intelligent chatbot as a tool for improving communication between a business and its customers, which is reflected in increased efficiency and customer satisfaction. The study analyzes the possibilities of chatbots and existing services that enable their creation, defines the key requirements for creating a chatbot based on a neural network, and describes the choice of technologies for development. The work includes designing the architecture and functionality of the chatbot, as well as evaluating the potential benefits of implementing such a solution. In the development process, special attention is paid to neural network training, the creation of a chatbot directly and the possibility of its integration into the work of a small business that provides food services.
