Його роль і функції постійно еволюціонували відповідно до вимог часу та суспільних потреб. Сьогодні казначейство збирає, зберігає та розподіляє фінансові ресурси, контролює доходи і видатки, управляє державним боргом та забезпечує фінансову стабільність. Казначейство є ключовим елементом фінансової політики. Метою роботи є розробка структурно-логічної моделі оцінювання рівня стабільності функціонування Казначейства України в контексті виконання державного бюджету. В роботі охарактеризовано сутність та основні аспекти понять Казначейства та державного бюджету, сучасного стану моделювання досліджуваного об’єкту, розроблено структурно-логічну їх взаємозв'язків. Було побудовано економіко-математичну модель оцінювання рівня стабільності функціонування Казначейства України в контексті виконання державного бюджету, перевірена її адекватність. The treasury is an important component of the financial system, playing a key role in the stability and effective management of state finances. Its role and functions have continually evolved to meet the demands of the time and societal needs. Today, the treasury collects, stores, and distributes financial resources, controls revenues and expenditures, manages public debt, and ensures financial stability. The treasury is a key element of financial policy. The purpose of the work is to develop a structural-logical model for assessing the level of stability of the Treasury of Ukraine's functioning in the context of the implementation of the state budget. The work characterizes the essence and main aspects of the concepts of the Treasury and the state budget, the current state of modeling of the object under study, and develops the structural and logical logic of their interrelationships. An economic-mathematical model for assessing the level of stability of the functioning of the Treasury of Ukraine in the context of the implementation of the state budget was built, and its adequacy was verified popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
