In today's conditions of intense competition and unpredictability of the market environment, effective management of the company's potential becomes a decisive factor in its successful activity and development. Under the potential of the enterprise is understood the totality of its resources and opportunities that can be used to achieve the set goals and meet the needs of the market. Given the importance of this topic, the thesis is relevant in the need for in-depth analysis, evaluation and development of strategies for optimizing the company's potential to increase its competitiveness. The purpose of this thesis is a comprehensive study of the processes of formation, evaluation and optimization of the company's potential.
