Її захист є важливим для створення середовища, де інновації можуть процвітати, а творці можуть отримувати вигоду від своїх зусиль. У другому розділі бакалаврської роботи було детально розглянуто систему захисту прав інтелектуальної власності в Європейському суді з прав людини (ЄСПЛ). У третьому розділі дипломної роботи розглянуто проблеми імплементації практики Європейського суду з прав людини (ЄСПЛ) щодо захисту прав інтелектуальної власності в Україні. The research is devoted to the analysis of the role and practice of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) in protecting intellectual property rights. In the first chapter of the work, the theoretical foundations of intellectual property law were examined. Intellectual property (IP) is defined as a source of innovation and creativity that encompasses unique works of the human mind, such as ideas, inventions, artistic works, and other intangible assets. Its protection is essential for creating an environment where innovation can thrive and creators can benefit from their efforts. In the second chapter of the bachelor's thesis, the system of protection of intellectual property rights in the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) was examined in detail. In the third chapter of the thesis, the issues of implementing the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) practice regarding the protection of intellectual property rights in Ukraine were examined. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
