Практичне значення роботи полягає в можливості вдосконалити національне законодавство в сфері захисту права на життя, сприяти підвищенню професійної кваліфікації юристів та відіграти роль в інформуванні громадськості про важливість та механізми захисту основоположного права на життя. The work is devoted to the analysis of the right to life in the practice of the ECtHR under martial law. The object of the study is the right to life as a fundamental human right. The subject of the study is the case law of the European Court of Human Rights in the field of protection of the right to life under martial law.
