Зокрема, охарактеризовано міжнародно-правове регулювання права на свободу вираження поглядів та його обмеження; досліджено розвиток права на свободу вираження поглядів у праві Ради Європи; досліджено поняття та зміст права на свободу слова за українським законодавством; з’ясовано підстави та порядок обмеження права на свободу вираження поглядів у практиці ЄСПЛ; досліджено обмеження права на свободу вираження поглядів в умовах воєнного стану в Україні. The bachelor's thesis examines the legal framework for restricting the right to freedom of expression in Ukraine under the legal regime of martial law and determines whether the restrictions imposed comply with international standards. In particular, the author characterizes the international legal regulation of the right to freedom of expression and its restrictions; examines the development of the right to freedom of expression in the law of the Council of Europe; studies the concept and content of the right to freedom of speech under Ukrainian law; clarifies the grounds and procedure for restricting the right to freedom of expression in the case law of the ECHR; and studies the restrictions on the right to freedom of expression under martial law in Ukraine. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
