Досліджено програми та методики фізичної реабілітації з даної онкопатології. Вдосконалено та апробовано програму фізичної реабілітації для жінок після операції, яка передбачає комплексний вплив на фізичний, функціональний та психоемоційний стан, ґрунтується на узагальненні наявних методик фізичної реабілітації онкохворих жінок, індивідуальному підборі засобів фізичної реабілітації з дотриманням основних реабілітаційних принципів. Основними складовими запропонованої програми є реабілітаційне обстеження для визначення основних проблем, прогнозування результатів реабілітаційного втручання, планування реабілітаційного втручання, виконання реабілітаційного втручання й оцінювання його результатів та порівняння їх з прогнозованими показниками. Застосовано алгоритми реабілітаційного обстеження та реабілітаційних втручань відповідно до періодів реабілітації та виявлених проблем у пацієнток після операції. Отримані результати підтверджують ефективність удосконаленої програми фізичної реабілітації та можуть стати підставою для практичного впровадження. The work is devoted to the issue of physical rehabilitation of women with breast cancer after mastectomy. The programs and methods of physical rehabilitation for this oncopathology are studied. A program of physical rehabilitation for women after surgery has been improved and tested, which provides a comprehensive impact on the physical, functional and psycho-emotional state, based on the generalization of existing methods of physical rehabilitation of women with cancer, individual selection of physical rehabilitation means in compliance with the basic rehabilitation principles. The main components of the proposed program are a rehabilitation examination to identify the main problems, predict the results of rehabilitation intervention, plan rehabilitation intervention, perform rehabilitation intervention and evaluate its results and compare them with the predicted indicators. The algorithms of rehabilitation examination and rehabilitation interventions are applied in accordance with the rehabilitation periods and identified problems in patients after surgery. The obtained results confirm the effectiveness of the improved physical rehabilitation program and can be the basis for practical implementation. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
