У роботі розроблено операційну технологію для двох операцій технологічного процесу – 040 – токарну з ЧПУ та 060 – вертикально-фрезерну. Так само для цих операцій розраховані режими різання та здійснено нормування часу. Вибрано верстатні пристосування, різальний та вимірювальний інструмент для обробки даної деталі на досліджуваній технологічній операції. Виконаний розділ охорони праці, присвячений судинам під тиском. Розроблено комплект технічної документації. Note: 70 p., 15 figures, 13 tables, 16 literary sources. The object of the work is the part "Shaft", which is included in the composition manual winches. The purpose of the work is to develop a promising technological process for the production of the "Shaft" part. This work analyzes the service purpose of the machine, unit and part; technical requirements for the part, its manufacturability and the method of obtaining the workpiece. In the work, the operational technology for two operations of the technological process was developed - 040 - CNC turning and 060 - vertical milling. Also, for these operations, cutting modes are calculated and time normalization is carried out. Machine tools, cutting and measuring tools were selected for processing this part at the investigated technological operation. Completed labor protection section dedicated to pressure vessels.
