Також змінений спосіб отримання заготовки. В базовому техпроцесі отримання заготовки йде через поковку, в пропонованому - через штамповку. Це дозволило зменшити собівартість заготовки і дає можливість отримувати заготовку максимально наближену за своїми розмірами до розмірів деталі. Базовий технологічний процес був змінений таким чином, що токарна операція замінюється на токарну з ЧПК, на якій проводиться напівчистова обробка. На токарній операції було замінено верстат, вертикально фрезерна операція з ЧПК була замінена на радіальну свердлильну, яка зменшила час операції. A modern technological process has been developed with progressive processing methods on a CNC machine tool with the use of special cutting and measuring tools. The method of obtaining the workpiece has also been changed. In the basic technical process, the workpiece is obtained through forging; in the proposed one, it is obtained through stamping. This made it possible to reduce the cost of the workpiece and obtain a workpiece that was as close as possible in terms of its dimensions to the dimensions of the part. The basic technological process has been changed so that the turning operation is replaced by a CNC lathe, on which semi-finishing is carried out.
