Проведено дослідження методичних підходів до проведення аналізу ефективності використання трудових ресурсів на виробничому підприємстві. Розглянута система показників руху трудових ресурсів по виробничому підприємству та ефективності їх використання. Здійснено аналіз руху та ефективності використання трудових ресурсів ПрАТ «Фармак». Ґрунтуючись на отриманій інформації в ході проведеного аналізу було запропоновано шляхи поліпшення використання трудових ресурсів на підприємстві. The main theoretical approaches to the definition of such economic categories as "labour resources", "labor market" researched in the thesis. A study of methodical approaches to the analysis of the efficiency of the use of labor resources at the production enterprise was conducted. The system of indicators of the movement of labor resources in the production enterprise and the efficiency of their use is considered. An analysis of the movement and efficiency of the use of labor resources of PrJSC "Pharmak" was carried out.
