The study focuses on topical social issues related to the use of generative artificial intelligence in the business context and its impact on society. The implementation of generative artificial intelligence improves business processes, optimises decision-making, and creates conditions for innovative solutions. At the same time, there are important ethical and social aspects of its application that need to be studied.
