Рівень використання інноваційного потенціалу на підприємстві змінюється залежно від стратегічного розвитку та ефективності управління. Це підкреслює необхідність впровадження ефективної системи управління інноваційним потенціалом. Проаналізовано основні методологічні підходи до управління інноваційним потенціалом підприємства. Запропоновано базову структуру механізму прискорення розвитку інноваційного потенціалу підприємства. The modern economic development of Ukraine, especially in the current challenging conditions, is characterized by extremely tough market competition, particularly in foreign markets. An important direction of increasing competitiveness is the management of the innovative potential of the enterprise. The level of use of innovative potential at the enterprise varies depending on strategic development and management efficiency. This emphasizes the need to implement an effective management system of innovative potential. The main methodological approaches to the management of the innovation potential of the enterprise are analyzed.
