Особлива увага приділяється впливу цифрової трансформації на ефективність державного управління, життя громадян та розвиток національної економіки. У дослідженні спрогнозовано як позитивні аспекти цифрової трансформації, так і песимістичні сценарії, пов’язані з нерівномірним доступом до цифрових технологій, цифровим розривом та необхідністю розвитку цифрових державних послуг. На основі проведеного аналізу формулюються рекомендації щодо подальшого розвитку цифрової економіки та оптимізації взаємодії держави, бізнесу та громадян у цифровому середовищі. The article explores the relationship between digital technologies, digital public services and the digital economy model. The key aspects of the integration of these elements are analyzed, such as the development of infrastructure, the creation of digital platforms, and the development of the IT sector. Special attention is paid to the impact of digital transformation on the efficiency of public administration, the lives of citizens and the development of the national economy. The study predicts both positive aspects of digital transformation and pessimistic scenarios related to uneven access to digital technologies, the digital divide and the need to develop digital public services.
