Метою дослідження є іденти-фікація закономірностей розвитку та прогнозування можливих сценаріїв переходу до цифрової економіки, з акцентом на потенціал розвитку ІТ-сфери. На основі комплексного аналізу даних про доступ до Інтернету та його використання, автори визначають ключові виклики та можливості для розвитку цифрової економіки в Україні. Застосування широкого спектру методів дослідження включаючи моделювання дозволило розробити прогнозні сценарії розвитку цифрової інфраструктури та сформулювати рекомендації для поліпшення дер-жавної політики в цій сфері, особливо це стосується доступу та користування Інтернетом в Україні. The article is devoted to the study of the process of restructuring the Ukrainian economy in the direction of digital transformation, especially as it relates to access and use of the Internet. The purpose of the study is to identify patterns of development and predict possible scenarios of the transition to the digital economy, with an emphasis on the development potential of the IT sphere. Based on a comprehensive analysis of data on Internet access and its use, the authors identify key challenges and opportunities for the development of the digital economy in Ukraine. The application of a wide range of research methods, including modeling, made it possible to develop predictive scenarios for the development of digital infrastructure and formulate recommendations for improving state policy in this area, especially regarding access and use of the Internet in Ukraine. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
