Ці сфери включають порядок розгляду справ в адміністративних судах (адміністративне судочинство), порядок виконавчої влади щодо підготовки та прийняття нормативних та індивідуальних адміністративних актів (позитивний або управлінський адміністративний процес), порядок розгляду скарг приватних осіб органами виконавчої влади (квазіюрисдикційний адміністративний процес) та порядок застосування заходів адміністративного примусу (юрисдикційний адміністративний процес). Four main areas of application of the term "administrative process" are defined. These areas include the procedure for consideration of cases in administrative courts (administrative proceedings), the procedure of the executive power for the preparation and adoption of normative and individual administrative acts (positive or managerial administrative process), the procedure for considering complaints of private individuals by executive authorities (quasi-jurisdictional administrative process) and the procedure for applying administrative coercion measures (jurisdictional administrative process). popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
