За останні роки Україна стикнулася зі стрімким розвитком інформаційних технологій, коронавірусом та з військовою агресією Російської Федерації. Саме ці чинники призвели до активізації дистанційної діяльності органів та установ, зокрема і судів. Крім того, дедалі більше громадян країни почали використовувати електронні докази у процесі доказування під час розгляду справи судом з метою результативного забезпечення захисту законних прав та своїх інтересів. The article is devoted to the study of problematic issues of the use of electronic evidence in administrative proceedings and possible directions for improving the modern regulation of electronic evidence, using the experience of foreign countries. In recent years, Ukraine has faced the rapid development of information technologies, the coronavirus, and the military aggression of the Russian Federation. It was these factors that led to the activation of remote activities of bodies and institutions, including courts. In addition, more and more citizens of the country began to use electronic evidence in the process of proving during the court proceedings in order to effectively ensure the protection of legal rights and their interests. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
