The textbook contributes to the formation of a system of scientific, theoretical and practical knowledge on the problems of criminal procedure law, the ability to identify and solve the main problems of applying its concepts, understanding the categories and institutions of criminal procedure legislation in the context of criminal justice reform and further development of the rule of law, and the use of the acquired theoretical knowledge in practice.
