It highlights the necessity of supporting small agricultural producers and farmers, emphasizing the conditions established in the EU. Cross Compliance is an instrument ensuring basic environmental protection standards within the framework of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) of the EU. Key challenges for EU agricultural policy include addressing environmental issues and maintaining the sustainability of farming operations.
