An analysis of Ukrainian legal and regulatory acts, as well as international documents, has been conducted. Differences in the definitions of bioreclamation, technical reclamation, and other approaches proposed in scientific and legal literature are highlighted. Special attention is given to gaps in legislation regarding the reclamation of land damaged by military actions and the need to adapt terminology to contemporary challenges. popup.nrat_date 2025-08-18 Close
