Зазначається, що у зв’язку з початком військового вторгнення на територію України російської федерації виникає велика кількість проблем з діяльністю реєстру речових прав на нерухоме майно та захисту наявної інформації у ньому. The dissertation presents a comprehensive study of the legal nature of information in the register of real rights to immovable property. The introduction elucidates the significance of the subject matter of the paper, which is the necessity for every citizen to have free and stable access to information of any nature. It is observed that the commencement of the military invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation has resulted in a multitude of challenges pertaining to the operation of the register of real rights to immovable property and the safeguarding of the information contained therein. popup.nrat_date 2025-08-18 Close
