Авторами досліджено та виокремлено етапи розвитку антикорупційного законодавства в Україні, проаналізовано нормативно-правові акти у визначених хронологічних рамках. У роботі висвітлено залежність ефективності результатів протидії корупції від конкретних заходів державного регулювання, які встановлювалися на кожному етапі розвитку антикорупційного законодавства. Описано нормативну складову публічно-правової протидії корупції та визначено проблеми, що виникають у запобіганні та протидії корупції в державних органах. The article examines the development of anti-corruption legislation in the context ofsocio-political conditions in Ukraine after gaining independence. The authorsresearched and identified the stages of development of anti-corruption legislation in Ukraine,analyzed regulatory acts within a certain chronological framework. The work highlights the dependence of the effectiveness of the results of combating corruption on specific measures of state regulation, which were established at each stage of the development of anti-corruption legislation.
