Кузнеця Description In the article the needs and interests of Ukraine’s innovative development in the aspect of institutional innovative modeling and institutional matrix structure of "new" and "old" institutes are observed. The analysis of problems of innovative development of Ukraine is made. Partly identification of problems mentioned above is made through estimate of institutional restrictions of innovative development of social-economical, economic-law, social-psychological, mental and cultural characters.
